Shanlinshi, that is a place in Taiwan called Spring at the Pine Grove. The tea tastes just as idyllic as the name suggests. The Shanlinshi Oolong has a green heart, is strong for an Oolong and yet offers the whole variety of flavors, as we would expect from a Gaoshan highland Oolong. Buttery, flowery-filigree. This gives us a feeling of summer even in the depths of winter.
