There are snacks served alongside the tea. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options are available upon request. The focus of the seminar can also be customized upon request!
Flexible Tea Workshop Voucher Booking:
If you have previously received a flexible tea workshop voucher, please check the availability of the schedule and email us at info@bambootearoom.com with your preferred dates, name, phone number, voucher code, and any dietary restrictions or allergies. We will then add you to the schedule and send you a confirmation.
Availability:
The classes get booked out quickly. We will gradually release more availability for the seminar at the beginning of each month, so stay tuned!
If you have a group of 6 and couldn't find availability on our booking system, please email us directly at info@bambootearoom.com, and we can help accommodate other possible dates.
Cancellation Policy:
- The tea seminar is treated as a gift voucher with the same value. If you decide not to attend the seminar, you can use the voucher code to purchase products in our shop or online store instead.
- After booking a fixed date, cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the event, and the voucher will retain its full value as a gift card.
- For cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event, 50% of the cost will be refunded as a voucher.
- Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued on the day of the tea seminar. Thank you for your understanding!
