Soba Cha is a popular everyday drink in Japan. It is made from lightly roasted, granulated buckwheat. The infusion has a roasted vanilla flavor, simply delicious. It is a perfect fasting tea, as buckwheat is one of the so-called false grains. These are not converted into sugar so quickly and therefore do not put a strain on the stomach or sugar levels. On the contrary, the tea protects the stomach in a similar way to linseed.
